GateZone Communications began providing database consulting in 1993 and in 1994 started gatezone.com a bulletin board and email service in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In 1999 World Web Systems was formed and further developed into Strategic Servers and Strategic Help.

Strategic Help offers free initial consultations, and specialize in working with nonprofits and professionals who want to use technology more effectively.
